For all deliveries outside of South Australia, Floorsafe Australia uses TNT, Toll Global, and Australia Post as our third-party couriers. As soon as our courier picks up your parcel from the store, you will be notified by email, and a tracking link will be provided. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the parcel.

We cannot advise you of the exact day and time of the delivery. Floorsafe Australia's production team works swiftly to ensure your order is dispatched to meet any requested delivery deadlines. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, despite our best efforts, we are unable to control our delivery partners' schedules or unexpected delays in their operations. Therefore, we recommend contacting the courier for a better estimation of the delivery time.

Note: Special order items (such as RMN) take a minimum of 10 working days to manufacture before shipping. Parcel deliveries do not offer a preferred date/time of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your post code, weight and size of your delivery.
  • If your order is under 20kg, you can select Australia Post Standard or Express shipping. Costs are advised at the checkout.

Floorsafe Australia guarantees 100% satisfaction on every order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly provide a replacement or credit note to your account. Please note:

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for custom-made/cut goods (to be determined by the Supplier in its sole discretion) or items returned after 30 days.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition for a refund, excluding our restocking fee and original freight.
  • Call us on 1300 717 769 within 30 days of your original order for fast, friendly assistance
  • Goods are to be returned by customer at their own cost.

  • Warranty covers flaws in performance, appearance, and other defects that render the goods unfit for their intended purpose.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon collection or delivery to ensure they are defect-free. To claim under this warranty, notify Floorsafe in writing with proof of purchase and sufficient photographic evidence; we may request a return of the product for assessment. Full warranty details are provided post-purchase

Buyer Installation & Disclaimer

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts, in accordance with the Floorsafe Australia Purchase Terms and Conditions, that any Goods installed by the Buyer themselves is the sole responsibility and risk of the Buyer and the Buyer indemnifies the Supplier against any and all damage, loss or liability associated with personal installation of the Goods. Any warranty that may attach to any Good(s) purchased by the Buyer from the Supplier will not extend to Defect(s) caused by or in connection with the Buyer’s own installation.

Limitations of Warranties
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the warranties in this Warranty Document and listed above will not extend to cover:

  • incidental Defects caused by external sources and/or reasonable wear and tear;
  • accidental Defects caused throughout the product lifecycle of a/the Good(s); and
  • Defects caused by the installation of the Buyer of the Goods (as distinct from the installation by the Supplier or its agent); and
  • Defects caused by water and/or man-made or natural disaster.
